Meet with you to provide an overview of the buying process e.g. agency, current market conditions, compensation, negotiating options, HOA communities, etc

Agreement of Sale

Acquire more information to assist you in preparing your offer e.g. the Seller’s preferred closing date, inclusions, existence of additional offers

Utilize the most current and accurate legal contracts and explain easy-to-miss details that can impact the transaction

Deliver the offer to the Listing Agent, confirm receipt, and follow up as necessary

Receive, review and deliver the title commitment to the parties by the due date

Confirm your ordered homeowners’ insurance, and provide proof to the title company

Coordinate and schedule closing date, time, and location with all parties

Coordinate and deliver lender commitment to the Listing Agent by the due date

Schedule walk-thru to confirm repairs are completed as agreed if necessary
​

Schedule final walk-thru prior to closing, complete, and have all parties sign walk-thru form
​

Review final settlement statement with you

Confirm funds due at closing and how to deliver them i.e. cashiers check/wire

Attend closing with you to ensure a smooth purchase transaction
